Start the day right. It’s good for your health . How good is it to wake up in the morning ready to start the day right! To get up refreshed, happy, and rearing to go, is something worth achieving. So how do you start the day right and get off to a flying start?
Be happy. It’s good for your health. There are many reasons to be happy with one’s lot in life, and then there may be some that make you feel unhappy about it. But when asked, most of us just want to be happy – to have someone to love, something to do, and something to look forward to. We’d all like to be healthy, financially secure, connected and satisfied. So how do we achieve and maintain a consistently happy frame of mind?
Say I can do. It’s good for your health. Some days even undertaking routine chores can seem like climbing a mountain. If so, don’t give up. Instead, say I can do. Be strong. Encourage yourself to take the steps to keep moving forward. You’ll find yourself heartened, and able to accomplish all you need to do with strength and freedom.
Count your many blessings. It’s good for your health. Sometimes the worries of daily life can get you down. When this happens, take a moment and count your many blessings. It will lift your spirits, discouragement and doubt will fly away, and you’ll see how truly blessed you are.
Be independent. It’s good for yourself. Being free. Taking charge of life. Feeling the exhilaration of being independent. It’s what most of us want to have at every stage of life. Is it possible? Can we actually look forward to living an active lifestyle year after year? YES! More than hoping for the best, it can actually be done
Enjoy life right now. It’s good for your health. Enjoy life right now. It’s a simple message. An obvious one really. You don’t have to wait until everything is perfect at home or work before you allow yourself to enjoy life. It’s time right now to delight in every small moment – to stop and admire the flowers, laugh with one another, enjoy each other’s company.
Celebrate achievement. It’s good for your health.
Keep on learning everyday. It’s good for your health.
Be comforted and comforting. It’s good for your health.
