Primary Course in Christian Science Healing
Information about the course:
This is a 12-day course of instruction in Christian Science prayer-based healing consisting of 12 x 4-hour lessons. The purpose is to teach pupils how to practice Christian Science healing.
The class size is small to allow for interactive questions and answers. In addition to lesson time, there is daily study, revision, written assignments, and worksheets to complete.
The course syllabus is the 24 ‘Questions and Answers’ in the chapter Recapitulation in the book Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures. This chapter was the class book on spiritual healing of the author, Mary Baker Eddy – an outstanding healer of mind and body. Class topics include: how an understanding of God heals; how to give healing prayer in Christian Science.
To derive the maximum benefit from this course, a prospective pupil needs to be earnestly studying Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, have made a firm commitment to practicing Christian Science healing; and not using alcohol, tobacco, medicine, or drugs. Membership of The First Church of Christ, Scientist in Boston, MA, USA , and/or a branch Church of Christ, Scientist is desirable, but not obligatory for entering the course.

Email firstname.lastname@example.org proposing a day and time for an initial conversation about the Class by phone or Skype.
Where practicable, attend a formal one hour, in-person interview, to discuss your commitment to Christian Science healing and readiness for this course. Complete the Class Application Form. Complete a follow-up interview regarding the Class.
Annual Day of Graduate Learning in Melbourne.
After completing the 12-day course, a pupil is eligible to receive a further day of advanced teaching each year at the Association Day of Learning.
From 9 am – 3 pm, graduates of the course jointly participate with graduates of previous classes taught by Beverly, in learning more about practicing this healing system.
All pupils are expected to participate in the graduate teaching each year to increase their understanding and practice of Christian Science healing.
