Beverly’s pathway to teaching.
As a young teenager, Beverly’s mother and grandmother were healed of chronic ailments by reading Science and Health and soon after took Class Instruction. When she saw how this learning was benefiting them, she decided, at 18, to take Class too. It changed her life for the better, and lit a desire to help others through the practice of Christian Science healing. Seven years later she began her fledgling public practice which is now her life-time professional vocation. In 1991, she became a teacher of Christian Science.

ANNUAL ASSOCIATION DAY OF LEARNING
Participating in Christian Science class instruction is a natural step of progress in the practice of Christian Science healing. The joys of the class, include not just the initial 12 days of spiritual instruction, but the ongoing opportunity to participate in a spiritual support system – an “association” of students that gathers each year to share in a day of spiritual learning, refreshment, growth, inspiration, and prayer.
Members of a Christian Science Association, develop strong spiritual bonds over the years, and are deeply united in their commitment to spiritual healing. Also, the relationship established between a Christian Science teacher and pupil is a lifelong mentoring one. Teachers support their pupil’s healing practice.
The Christian Science Students’ Association of the Pupils of Beverly Goldsmith, C.S.B. meet together annually in Melbourne. They jointly participate with graduates of previous classes taught by Beverly, in learning more about practising this healing system. All pupils are expected to participate in this joyous annual day of graduate teaching and learning, to increase their understanding and practice of Christian Science healing.
